There is convenient, private, parking and have a seclude back garden.  In addition to the bedrooms (one double and a single (with bunk beds if necessary), comprise:

Kitchen/Dining Room, Lounge, Conservatory, upstairs Bathroom with bath/shower. 

A cot is available on request, which could be situated in the double bedroom.

Payment in advance (£100 deposit, remaining balance 6 weeks prior to arrival date - except short breaks)
Arrival is on Saturday, from 3pm onwards, and departure the following Saturday, by 10am.

Short Breaks

We do short breaks, (leaving on or before the changeover day, Saturday) during the off peak season.  A guide to pricing is given below, but please call for exact price for the dates and duration you would like.

2/3 Nights :- Around 70% of Weekly Price
